Palm Tree Festival Tickets
Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys | Stateline, Nevada
Summer electronic music festivals are always a good idea! They’re even better when you’re in a breathtaking venue at a place where it’s not too hot during those months. The Palm Tree Festival, a popular electronic music showcase that’s hit up different spots around the country, is coming to the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys on Friday, the 12th of July.
Gryffin is going to take to the stage as the headlining act. They’ve put out sick tunes for years, collaborating with great singers to create some of the best electronic music tracks in recent history. They have a lineup of songs that can get people dancing, but also singing their hearts out!
Disco Lines is also slated to be part of the event. This dude from Colorado is going to light up the night before Gryffin takes the stage. It’s not only the good vibes that you get from his music that makes his act unique. He’s always smiling on stage and getting people in the right mood.
Chicago based duo Drama is going to be part of the fun as well. They’ve been hitting up different clubs on the West Coast in the last few months. This has allowed them to build up a cool fan base that’s likely going to make their way to Tahoe on the 12th of July.
The multi-talented Vandelux will also make an appearance. He’s going to come on earlier in the day, but you’ll want to get there early because he’s an act you don’t want to miss. Adding vocals to his mixes live and incorporating all sorts of different instruments into his tracks. He may very well provide one of the best sets of the day. To catch all of these guys live, be sure to hit the get tickets button before it’s too late. The show promises to draw big crowds from both Nevada and even the LA area.
Palm Tree Festivals are usually held in open venues throughout different parts of the US. They’ve had events in the Hamptons, and now they’re even headed to Hawaii and, of course, the Lake Tahoe date on the 12th of July. These events, though, are just the tip of the iceberg to kind of mask what this holding company really does. The company that puts on these concerts is actually an investment platform in the crypto world. If you want to be a part of it, you can pony up a few digital tokens.
Investments aside, it’s true that they work hard to be able to put on premium shows. Headliner Gryffin, for example, is one of the most well-known names in electronic music to date. They may not have the pedigree of other performers who have been around for longer, but they’ve been known to put on good shows. In a sense, all of the performers on the night play chill tracks, nothing too over the top. Some of the warm-up acts that aren’t listed could dial things up a notch. That could be something to keep in mind if you’re into more hardcore elektro.
What you can expect throughout most of the show in Tahoe is to be able to vibe and relax with slower-moving tracks. Sure, any of these guys in the lineup could crack things up. What each of them like to do is set up the audience with a continuous slow beat to work them up until they hit you with that haymaker! That “process” is one that you can expect will repeat itself throughout the day.
It goes along with what Palm Tree Festivals have been like in other parts. Very rarely do they bring on performers that go full throttle all the way through and have the crowd banging their heads for minutes on end. Remember that this is meant to be a “tropical” experience, even though you’re in Tahoe. The weather is bound to be “nice,” saying it’ll be tropical, though, is a stretch.
Fans of electronic music can’t help but wonder why this festival took so long to reach the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys. The arena has a beautiful view of the lake. Just standing in the 9,000+ capacity crowd and looking out into the distance is an experience on its own. If this event is a success, it is very likely that the festival could do a winter version like they did in Aspen a few months back. Expect the promoter to really go all out to provide an impressive show on July 12th.
