Originating from Georgia, Jaten Dimsdale, better known by the moniker Teddy Swims, is the grandson of a pastor. He first lent his talents to American football and musical theater. Teddy Swims’ diverse background translates right through his music, meaning he is as used to singing country and rock as he is to soul and funk.
Teddy Swims is a genre-defying superstar who started sharing his song online in 2019, and skyrocketed to fame when he went viral. Unsurprisingly, Warner Records snapped Teddy Swims up and inked a deal. This life-changing opportunity gave him the chance to write his own material in 2020. Just one year later, and the star crafted more than 300 songs, rightfully snagging him Rolling Stone’s Artist to Watch award. In 2023, Teddy Swims dropped his debut album, I've Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1), which stood proudly as one of the UK’s most listened-to albums. Part 1 saw Teddy Swims work out some personal issues through his incredible music. “Now I’m watching people connect with the messages and stories and realizing not only are the songs helping me, but they’re also helping them too,” he says. “It feels like all that work on the back end, all that internalizing, is finally making a difference.” Teddy Swims continues, "My debut album is an honest look into my mental health journey. This album is my first step towards being vulnerable about this journey and the steps I need to take to heal." And now, Teddy Swims is inviting you join him on this epic journey of self-healing!

Scheduled for release on January 24, Teddy Swims promises to bring his next chapter to life with 42 performances across the continent.
